Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

– “Cleaning Service” refers to Happy Homes Happy Hounds , a Sole Trader/partnership/

– “Client” refers to the individual or business engaging the Cleaning Service or Dog Walking Services and Pet Care.

– “Premises” refers to the location where the cleaning services are performed.

2. Services

– The Cleaning Service agrees to provide cleaning services to the Client.

– The Cleaning Service will exercise reasonable care and skill in providing the services.

3. Client Responsibilities

– The Client must provide accurate and complete information about the Premises, including any special cleaning requirements or hazards.

– The Client must ensure the Premises are safe and accessible for the Cleaning Service.

– The Client must provide access to necessary facilities, such as water and electricity.

-Client must inform the cleaning service of using any hazardous material before cleaning service enter the property (that’s including, bleach or similar cleaning supplies).

4. Payment Terms

– The Client agrees to pay the Pet & Cleaning Service’s fees.

– Payment is due by the end of the day of the Pet or Cleaning Service. 

– Late payments may incur a 20% flat fee late payment fee.

#. Cancellation Policy

– The Client must provide at least  24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a Peet or Cleaning Service.

– Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a full payment cancellation fee.

6. Liability

– The Cleaning Service will not be liable for any damages or losses caused by the Client’s failure to provide accurate information or safe access to the Premises.

7. Insurance

– The Cleaning Service has Public Liability Insurance coverage.

– The Client understands that insurance coverage may not cover all risks or circumstances.

8. Confidentiality

– The Cleaning Service agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the Client’s personal and business information.

9. Termination

– Either party may terminate this agreement with 7 days written notice.

– Upon termination, the Client will pay all outstanding fees and expenses.

10 Entire Agreement

– This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.

11. Amendments

– This agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.
